Hello! I thought I’d start this WordPress journal to document my experiences in NYC. For those of you who don’t know me, I am a Singaporean harpist who is embarking on a journey to the US of A, NYC for a Masters Degree programme at the Manhattan School of Music.
After a week of arduous packing and a lot of fun meetups, today is the day I fly! Yes I’m excited, but this excitement comes with much apprehension too. I know I’m gonna be leaving people behind, and there is much uncertainty ahead. But I know I do not have to fear because Isaiah 41:10 “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
